Cleaning up after Masurca Assembly

Has anyone compiled a list of files I should maintain after running a masurca assembly?

I plan to keep the contigs and scaffolds from the final directory. Anything else I should keep? Logs, super reads?

I am writing a shell script to do a clean up once the assembly has finished.
