I have a fasta sequences of RSV a single negative sense vĂrus. It suffer a duplication in its genome. I want to know if there some tool that I can predict how this duplication occurs (if it happens in parts,or quiqly bacause this is a large duplication and could take so many years to occur. ,there some tool I can do that?
