In CIGAR table, what does P operation mean?

P 6 padding (silent deletion from padded reference)

what does P mean and what's diffrence with D operation?

It's padding. It's only used for multiple sequence alignment when one wants to add some 'aesthetic' blank characters to get a beautiful visualization.
