how to resume an oma job using grid engine

How can I resume an oma job using grid engine? I can't generate the output file. I'm using this command line: qsub -v NR_PROCESSES=80 -b y -j y -t 1-80 -cwd /usr/local/OMA/bin/OMA

It may be the qmod command, but your question would be more appropriately asked to your System Administrator.

What do you mean exactly with resume? did you stop the process? or did oma terminate? in that case, you can simply resubmit it - it will continue from where it left off.
