How to visualize a tree with ancestral state information

Is there anybody who may be able to tell me how a tree with ancestral state information can be visualized such as the following one? My data has three states, I have calculated their probabilities for each node using bayestrait already. What software shall I use?

You can do almost anything you want with a tree programmaticly. Is python based.
