Beagle Error Code_Unable to access jarfile

Hi I have downloaded BEAGLE 4.1 because I want to perform imputation for my SNP data. For some reason I have been getting the same error message every single time.

My lines:

C:\Users\andy5_000>java -jar beagle.08Jun17.d8b.jar gt=SNP_437.vcf impute=TRUE out=Phased_SNP_437.vcf

**Error: Unable to access jarfile beagle.08Jun17.d8b.jar**

The file name is correct and I have updated to the newest BEAGLE version, so I do not understand why it still doesn't run.

File name may be correct but if the jar file is not in andy5_000 directory it will not be found (looks like you are using windows?). Try providing full path to the jar file (if it is in a different directory) as a start.

Thank you! I made an amateur mistake of not placing it in the right folder.

Hi, how did you download Beagle 4.1 , because i have to download it but i don't know how exactly ! can i have some help please ?!
