Position Description

Join a dynamic team dedicated to setting new clinical standards! As Global Market Manager, Clinical Genomics, you will be part of the clinical product management team and be responsible for marketing QIAGEN Clinical Insight with responsibility for supporting products in China. You will develop professional marketing literature, sales tools and training and work with regional marketing and commercial partners to execute campaigns and go-to-market strategy.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales enablement tools to support the business and communicate the unique value of your portfolio to commercial operations and partners.
  • Develop customer-facing product content, such as presentations, use cases and white papers for all communication channels. Work with scientists and KOLs to develop benchmarks for compelling, differentiated marketing.
  • Ensure implementation of all marketing activities for your portfolio and measure & report performance against plan and budget to foster continuous improvement.
  • Work in collaboration across QIAGEN with corporate and regional marketing to achieve shared goals and support a strong QIAGEN brand in the marketplace, with a focus on China.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical marketing, experience with software and Next Generation Sequencing and marketing in China desired.
  • Bachelor of Science in the life sciences.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English; ability to communicate ideas clearly and engagingly; written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), salesforce.com.
  • Experience with Chinese FDA a plus.

Personal Requirements

  • Ability to excel in highly skilled, diverse, culturally and geographically disparate cross-functional teams with high complexity.
  • 30% domestic and international travel.
