Hi there,
I am happy to introduce a new database that contains the essential genome composition information from 1118 eukaryotic genomes that includes GC content, GC1, GC2, GC3 and GC4d (GC content at four-fold degenerate sites).
The relevant reference:
GCevobase: an evolution-based database for GC content in eukaryotic genomes, Dapeng Wang, Bioinformatics, bty068, https://doi.org/10.1093/bioinformatics/bty068
The database address:
http://www.nextgenbioinformatics.org/GCevobase
Welcome to enjoy it.
Cheers,
Dapeng
Is the Amazon AWS link going to remain permanently available?
Hello wangdp123, GCevobase looks good.
What do the statistics measures "Mean of GC", "Mean of GC1", "Mean of GC2", and "Mean of GC3" mean?
