Hi Everyone
It is my first time to try RNAseq deconvolution. What I understand is that it is an estimation of the immune cell content. I draw a boxplot for the content in all my controls vs. all my tumors for all the immune cells. For example the figure attached is for Bcells. But don't know how to judge whether there is a big difference or not. Do we know a ceiling for the normal estimation of the immune cells content so we can say it is lower in tumor or not, something like normal blood pressure, normal sugar level? Or how do we present/evaluate such results?
Thanks

Thanks genomax. I also took a look to those posts but still not clear though :(
