Dear all, is there any database can search for genes which contain known exonic or intronic splicing enhancer? For instance, I want to get some sequence which contains fox 1 protein binding site UGCAUG, which database should I use? Thank you in advance.

JASPAR is the way to go. It gives you the list of binding sites with chromosomal locations in fasta format. Couldn't find FOX1 but FOXA1 is there.
