Hello everybody,
I have a .hic data in which I converted to sparse-triangular format chr-by-chr. After I convert the matrix to a full matrix I saw that there are some holes in the matrix that did not even have 0, or Na value. Is there any way to fill the matrix to make it a symmetric and complete? For example, the bin size is 100K and there is no interaction information for 100000 and 200000. And I need fill this out as zero or Na.
