Hi people!! I used Blast2Go in order to generate a species distribution chart (xml files used as an input to Blast2Go where generated with blast as an -outfmt5 flag). Within this list I found lots of hit (200) that blast to a non-relevant organism (plant). It seems a kind of contamination. Is there way to pull out the contigs that blast to these plant either from Blast2Go or from the xml files in order to remove them from the assembly? Thanks a lot in advance for any help

You can click on the lines icon beside the description column and select not contains and then add the text that you don't want.
