Hi,

I am trying to collect all the available human gut metagenome studies that provide donor age. Could you forward me to any such studies or resources that allow for quick and efficient search over metadata?

If they have more specific metadata like race, diet, antibiotics usage and health problems, that'd be awesome.

The best resource to locate such data would be EBI metagenomics resource which has been recently rebranded as MGnify.
