I have designed some primers with some degenerated nucleotide which I would like calculate the tm, and the probability of hairpin and self dimer. So far, I have used OligoAnalyzer website but today is out. I would like calculate them with another alternative webiste. Any suggestion?
I'd appreciate any piece of information on this issue, thanks!!!!
