Hi, everyone I use INTEGRATE to find gene fusion. And INTEGRATE rank fusion into 6 tier based on "canonical exonic boundary" ,DNA-support-reads and others. However, I can't understand this meaning and why it can be used to rank fusion.Could anyone explain it to me? Thanks
