MAFFT error: Allocation error in load1SeqWithoutName_realloc

Hi,

I was trying to align several sequences with MAFFT 7.271:

mafft --globalpair --maxiterate 1000 in.fasta > out.fasta

Then this error occured: Allocation error in load1SeqWithoutName_realloc

I changed another test fasta file and it worked. What should I do to fix my in.fasta?
