Hi I am using the results from the two databases 1. eQTL at prichard lab 2. GTEx EQTL browser. In order to quote the results, I need to write about the databse. I dint find any journals how the entries in the databases are whether filtered or screened from the publications they have taken or they have directly used the datasets. I need to know their database is created.. could anyone help? Thanks in advance

If you mean the Prichard eQTL browser, try reading the documentation, which has descriptions of the constituent datasets. If that's insufficient detail, I suggest you contact the database administrator, since he or she can tell you more.

Hello, bioinformatician

for eqtl browser, could you download the raw data from this website or could you offer the raw data from that 7 papers?

When i search the paper of Veyrieras, i can not find any link to the data, could you offer some suugestions?

I downloaded the raw data from the database.. The data from the papers are cleaned before they are compiled as eqtl database.

so you mean the database did not offer data of relationship between SNPs and expressed genes, like some papers offered as: SNP GENE P-value or something like that?

Because it is hard for me to download all the raw data, if there is any possible you can offer me the direct results of snp-expression?
