We are happy to accept registrations for this practical course on the analysis of NGS data related to epigenetics. The main topcis that will be covered are: analysis of bisulfite sequencing (BS-seq) data, analysis of ChIP-seq data, analysis of small RNAs, analysis of Hi-C data.
This practical course is addressed to researchers willing to perform bioinformatics analysis on epigenetic data obtained via NGS. Each topic will consist of frontal introduction and practical work to enable participants to familiarize with the tools.
Hands-on work will be performed by simulating a real analysis on data generated by an Illumina platform. The declared aim of this course is to become self-sufficient in NGS data analysis. Teachers and tutors will assist each participant to reach the objectives of the course.
