Linking point mutations to expression levels

I have a library of sequences, each with a different single point mutation and a calculated expression value associated to it. Different point mutations are causing each sequence to have a different expression level. Would anyone have an idea of the best way to determine the relationship between single point mutations and expression level? ie. To search for the key positions that affect the resulting expression values.

Thank you!

What you are describing is called an eQTL analysis, using this for googling could put you on the right track.
