Problem To Find The Derives_From Relation Between Two Cell Lines In The Cell Line Ontology

I was reading the interesting paper Cell Line Ontology: Redesigning the Cell Line Knowledgebase to Aid Integrative Translational Informatics

There was a nice exemple (page 29) where they show that they have modeled the Jurkat Clone E6-1 cell line (ATCC # TIB-152) and its derived cell line J.Cam1.6 (ATCC #CRL-2063).

So I tried to check derives_fromm relation in the last version of the Cell Line Ontology available at : http://clo-ontology.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/clo-ontology/trunk/src/ontology/CLO.owl?view=log

But unfortunatelly I didn't find any piece of information that could link these two cell lines and that could reproduce the instance of the paper.

I was wondering if I missed something. So if someone could have a look at this file it would be nice.

Important remark: I contacted the first author of the paper and I didn't get any reply so it is why I am posting my question in Biostar. Actually I am wondering if the development of this ontology is still active. Hopefully yes.

Fred,

The develops_from relationship does not appear to be present in the current version of the ontology. There is a develops_from relationship from both of these to an in-vivo lymphoblasts however.

I did not check previous versions. I will follow up with the authors.

Actually, I was wondering if this project is still alive and if there will be forthcoming update. Do you have an idea about that ?

Hello Chris. Did you get some (good) news from the authors ?
