Installation error pindel

I'm currently attempting to install Pindel on redhat machine, but have been having issues with running the demo.

bash: ../pindel: No such file or directory

1. Specify the exact commands you're using
2. Use better tags. You're having a problem with pindel, that should be a tag.

hi, If you can spare a bit of time, I suggest that you install anaconda python and once you are there you could install many genomics related softwares through the conda command. Like here for pindel - https://anaconda.org/bioconda/pindel Instructions to setup the anaconda system are here.

In case of pindel for instance, you wouldn't need to worry about installing the htslib library or whether the path is correctly setup.
