Can somebody give me an example that If I have data of protein sequences and for a specific protien sequence of length L since protein sequence length varies, How can I build a PSSM(Position Specific Scoring Matrix) of order L x 20 that is rows=L for Protein Sequence length and Cols=20 for 20 amino acids?
