Visualizing body organs in R

I have seen few packages in R where we can plot on human organ templates. One of them is cerebroViz. But, this package is limited only to brain. Is there any package which lets us use other organs like liver, heart, stomach. Or is there any way we can modify some packages to get such visualizations.

To be more clear, I have attached a hand-draw figure here. Any ideas how can I get a plot like this ? If there is no package available I can see a huge scope of such package in biological science.

Here is my tentative visualization

Closest thing I know of is the Anatogram used by EBI for their Expression Atlas. There is apparently a very new R package for it called gganatogram, and while it won't blot on a bar chart like that, you might be able to make it work somehow.

Just to add that the github repo has a nice walk through with images of the outputs https://github.com/jespermaag/gganatogram

I saw some posts about gganatogram on Twitter. That package is really cool. I wish they could add some more species.

I'm sure they will, the EBI Expression Atlas has anatograms for many species, even plants and such. A week or two ago, the dev only had human male up and has already added human female and both male and female mice. He's making excellent progress.
