Hi all,
Are there any tools that can calculate binned Dxy? I have found some that are capable of calculating per site Dxy, such as ANGSD. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
An offshoot of this question - what's the best way to stay informed about latest developments in genomic analysis tools?
Best,

Regarding "staying informed", follow Stephen Turner:
Thanks, much appreciated!
Follow blogs, follow the BioStars "Tools" section, peruse the Bioinformatics section from BioRxiv.
There are some twitter bots which shout out about bioinfo tools, but I don't follow those - some people do and find them useful.
What do you mean by "binned Dxy"? Dxy over fixed-size windows?
Yes, fixed-window sizes.
Maybe this tutorial may be of help:
A tutorial for some basic analyses using ngsTools/ANGSD
Right, those take calculate it per site as opposed to fixed windows.
There are some sliding-window sections, doesn't they help?
I think those are only for Fst and Pi, unless if I am misreading them.
Here is the answer A: Sliding window analysis for angsd output
