How do i generate a voxel matrix from a 3D structure of a gene present in .pdb format?

It’s not clear to me what you want? Why do you want to change the data representation? What is the end goal?

I am actually trying to implement a 3D convolutional model on the 3D structure of the gene . But since the data i have, is in pdb format i dont know how to get the voxel matrix from that data.
