Hi there,

i have a question about gene ontology, as we all know gene ontology divided in to three classes; biological process, cellular components, and molecular functions and of course these classes divided to sub-classes. in the term of biological process in my data, I found pathways in cellular and metabolic sub-classes are the most affected processes, what do they mean? in the case of cellular component cell part and organelles sub-classes are major component, what do they mean? finally, the most molecular functions affect in my data were catalytic activity and binding, what do they mean?

Many thanks in advance
