Do the genes with same Ensembl id but different PDB ids have same gene sequence or different gene sequence?

Perhaps two groups submitted different structures for the same gene (or there may be structures for subunits/biological units etc). If it is the same Ensembl ID then the sequence should be the same (note: if the structures refer to parts of the total protein then the sequence in PDB records may be limited to just those parts).

I would say they refer to the same biological entity and should have approximately the same sequence, but not necessarily exactly the same sequence. The Ensembl sequence will be the sequence from one individual. The protein structures in the PDB will be created from a different individual. Genetic variants in those individuals mean that the sequences in the databases may be different.

As genomax says, the PDB is full of multiple structures of the same protein. The protein as a monomer, the protein as a dimer, the protein in a large complex, the protein bound to a ligand etc.
