Hello,
I would like to intersect two lists of processed data obtained from two different microarray experiments, with different statistical analyses. In particular, I would like to take only the sequences present in both lists and with a p-value in both cases lower than a certain p-value cutoff. The usage of different statistical methods leads to incommensurable p-values, so the question is: Is there a way (a part from redoing all the statistics) to adjust the p-values of the first list in respect to those in the second one?
Even using expression (not p-values) you'll have some challenges. Check the responses in this recent question.
