Hi! What tests and programs could I use to know if any sequence is well assembled? Any suggestion?

If you want to assess the quality of the assembly then you can use QUAST.

"Any sequence" is quite broad. Are you talking about prokaryotic genomes, eukaryotic genomes, amplicons, ...?
