Im trying to find/download the phyloP information so I can use it in some custom track display tools, however most of the files (bigwig) on UCSC are many gb in size, wondering if there is another file type good for displaying the base wise conservation external to UCSC?
May be you can use per-chromosome files that UCSC provides here: http://hgdownload.soe.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/mm10/phyloP60way/mm10.60way.phyloP60way/ NCBI Genome Data Viewer also has these data: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genome/gdv/browser/?cfg=NCID_1_26598921_130.14.22.10_9146_1540569262_189464536 For more options, go to
