Experienced person with a good grasp on molecular biology and data science, interested in teaching, curriculum development and research project support. Team player and motivated independent person that can handle multiple projects ranging from research support to curriculum development. Bioinformatics analysis of multi-omics data with machine learning-based integration of results. Advanced analysis methods and results have to be transformed into biological-meaningful story.

Expertise in:

  • Cell and Molecular Biology (Oncology, Neuroscience, Immunology)
  • Data Analysis (processing, analysis, statistical analysis, machine learning)
  • Teaching, presentations, verbal and written communication

Education level:

  • Minimal M.Sc. with several years of experience. Ph.D. or post-doc preferred.
  • Mathematics, Computer Science or Engineering degree with experience in biological interpretation.

Work style:

Must be able to work in a dynamic environment (remote, international and on-site team) full-time commitment, deadlines, project management and understanding of user flow, excellent communication and reporting skills. Must be comfortable presenting and interacting with audiences.
