Sample mislabeling or data mislabeling is known to be one of the obstacles in basic and translational research because this accidental swapping contributes to irreproducible results and invalid conclusions. The objective of the NCI-CPTAC Multi-omics Enabled Sample Mislabeling Correction Challenge is to encourage the development and evaluation of computational algorithms that can accurately detect and correct mislabeled samples using rich multi-omics datasets. The deadline for Subchallenge 1 is November 4 and Subchallenge 2 begins on November 5. For more information, check out https://go.usa.gov/xPV8p today!
