geneontology.org GO annotations no longer present

Hey all,

Two months go I went to http://amigo.geneontology.org/amigo/search/annotation and downloaded nearly 17222 GO annotations corresponding to the organism Tetrahymena thermophila SB210. Now I can no longer find them, there are a total of 54.

Any ideas?

As an alternative, you can also get GO annotations from EnsemblProtists via their BioMart or the API.

Could you maybe have used amigo2?

has 17,511 GO terms for T. thermophila
