Hey everyone,

I am using Circos to visualize a combination of two genomes, and I am also using the same laptop to run memory intensive programs. Currently, Circos is taking more than a day to go through all the configuration files. I honestly have no clue why, and no one in my laboratory group is well-versed with Circos. I have attached the files used in conf, and I have also attached the image generated from the longest run time (used online svg to png converter). If anyone can give me pointers, I would be more than grateful. The combined genome size is about 9000 kb. Also note that I have posted to the Circos Google Group. The files can be found here as I am not sure how to insert files in this message. https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/circos-data-visualization/IRkFKBUv-MU

I was able to solve the issue I was having with Circos by plotting the two genomes on two different tracks.
