Bootstrap function biopython

I have used bioppython 1.72 modules to generate a Maximum Parsimony tree. I need to know if anyone can help me how to use bootstrap function with biopython.? How can I use this function to evaluate my tree?

Hello, can biopython create phylogeny trees? I checked manual for biopython 1.70 didn't see this can create phylogeny tree.

Yes, try Bio.Phylo.Consensus.bootstrap_trees and .bootstrap_consensus to get bootstrapped tree replicates and the consensus tree, respectively.
