Hello

I usually calculate sample sizes for GWAS using QUANTO. This time, the number of controls is already decided to 800, so QUANTO is not suitable to calculate the number of cases. In this case, which software would be better for sample size calculation?

Thank you in advance!

Probably the best option is CaTS: CaTS -- Power Calculator for Two Stage Association Studies

Another popular one but not quite what you want (adding for reference) is PS: Power and Sample Size Calculation

Thank you so much for your reply! 1. CaTS -> I think only power can be calculated, not sample sizes? 2. PS -> This seems to be perfect for my analysis.

Thank you!!
