Does anybody know if there is anyway to find a list of ENSEMBL Gene IDs that are associated with the human inflammatory pathway? The focus would be on macrophage genes, but is there anyway I could find a comprehensive list of inflammatory genes?

Check BioMart. Under phenotype section there are multiple listings for inflammation.

In BioMart, choose Ensembl genes 95 (database), then Human genes (dataset).

Select the Filters option in the left hand side. Phenotype will be one of the options (written in capital letters). You will expand it and select which phenotype you are interested in from the drop down menu.

Phenotype is also available in Attributes, under GENE.
