Converting Eigenstrat format to G-phocs-input format

Can someone tell me how I can convert Eigenstrat genotype data into the format required, as input, for G-phocs?

just a comment, often eigenstrat format only contains variant sites whereas G-PhoCS uses all sites in a locus.
