Converting HUGO ID to Entrez gene or Ensembl ID

I have a list of HUGO IDs that I want to use with a couple of pathway analysis tools which do not take this format as input. I want to be able to convert a batch of these automatically but am not sure the best way to do this. Is there a good tool that I can use for this?

There are so many tools you could use to do this, including the HGNC Biomart and Ensembl Biomart, Eutils/reutils, org.Hs.eg.db, so on. Have you tried searching online for HGNC ID -> Ensembl ID?

How many gene IDs have you got? If it's up to 200, you can use the Open Targets Platform batch search tool to get an enrichment of pathways from Reactome for your list of HGNC gene IDs. Check a previous post on the theme here in Biostars aka Open Targets batch search.
