I am trying to generate a network with a GOid list obtaines from BLAST2Go, but i cant find the appropiate software. I dont need make a enrichment analysis (again)

Hi pablo, what would you like to visualize exactly? just the relationships between the GO terms?

The "Visualize" option provided under the 'tools and resources' section of the Gene Ontology AmiGO browser, can be used to generate and visualize the networks for a given set of GO IDs.
