Hi everyone I just have a simple question. I have downloaded the TCGA RNAseq data for PAAD, I have done with differential gene expression analysis. Now i required the gene coordinate for the differential expressed genes. now my question is against which Human genome version it is harmonized/mapped. Is it hg38 or hg19. How to get gene coordinate from gene name only.

Thanks in advance

You could have found this information by an easy search. It is GRCh38, if you downloaded the data directly from TCGA-GDC.

Yeah, I have downloaded the RNAseq data from GDC-TCGA portal.
