Does exist a software that give the possibility to find proteins with a low content of a specific aminoacid?

I doubt there is software specifically for this already, but it wouldn't be particularly difficult to code.

Are you asking about all proteins in the NCBI databases (for instance)?

You could try this tool: https://web.expasy.org/aacompident/aacomp0.html

It's somewhat old, but if you specify 0% for your specific amino acid, and roughly 5% for any other amino acid, you should find some examples.
