Recently I have read the paper'spectral clustering of protein sequences'.And I am interested in the spectral clustering algorithm. I wrote to the author for a copy of the matlab code,but the delivery failed. So I am here and ask for a copy.If you have,please send me a copy([e-mail]). Thank you .

There is an open source implementation of his spectral clustering method available.

I have done some tests with my dataset on the SCPS.Since the dataset is relatively large,about 50000 sequences,there is a memory error when running the program.So I wanted to have a look at the original Matlab souce code mentioned on the paper. Thank you for your help.
