VCF Format in 1000 Genome

I am working with 1000 Genome VCF files, it has a format like this :

CHROM - POS - ID - REF - ALT - QUAL - FILTER - INFO - FORMAT - SAMPLE

SAMPLE column is like this : HG00117 - HG00215 - ...

I can't understand what is this column.

can anyone help me, please?
