Visualisation of fusion genes by Circos

I am trying to make Circos plot using Fusionhub. I am not able to see gene names on the plot. How can I change the color of the ribbon? The thickness of the ribbons is also not changing with frequency of the fusion transcript. Please advise

You won't like that answer, but from what I can see on FusionHub, there's no customization options. You'll have to try (Perl based) circos or (R based) circlize or what ever suits you better. With a bit googling you will find commercial options (often free for academic use) that will let you create more customized circos plots without writing code.
