Hello! I'm looking for recommend training centre/company that runs NGS data analysis training in Europe. Can anyone recommend something? It's best that they be in English and take place before July. I care about something stationary, not online.

Are you part of a university/grad school? If yes, definitely check their course programs, if you're working for a PI, they might be part of certain networks and initiatives that offer training, too.
