Hi all,

I have the following GEO2R datasets.

They are actually two datasets where they report gene expression profiles of laser micro dissected tumour (ie malignant cells) vs stroma (ie non-malignant cells which can be immune cells and fibroblasts)

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE40595

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE115635

The questions I want to address are:

Who is the main producer of matrix index molecules tumour or stroma?

Which Matrix index molecules are TGFb induced?

Then the next step is to extend this analysis to all Extracellular matrix genes (I refer to them as matrisome).

How can I use GEO2R and R to achieve my aims please?

if you could direct me to a tutorial, that would be very helpful?

Many Thanks,

Ishack
