I am an executive recruiter working on a Vice President Applied Translational and Clinical Genomics position for a well-funded pre-IPO company based in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
The VP Translational and Clinical Genomics will establish, develop and lead a world-class computational sciences organization and research infrastructure. Our client is focused on developing life-changing therapeutic products for an underserved population in the kidney disease/nephrology space. The Vice President will explore and enhance the company understanding of potential clinical indications as well as provide medical vision and clinical leadership for the strategy to identify and advance novel targets. Extensive senior-level experience in computational sciences related to translational and clinical research is required. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of accomplishments leading computational sciences analyses with a clinical lens yielding implications for drug research and development.
