A position is available for summer 2019 working in an NSF-funded project to identify the genes and mechanisms that control plant regeneration and transformation capacity. Interested students should email: 1) resume/cv, 2) copy of academic transcripts, 3) a 100-200 word summary of experience in molecular and genomic biology/bioinformatics methods, 4) a 100-200 word statement of reasons for interest in the position relative to their professional goals, and 5) proposed start and end dates for 8 weeks of full-time work.
