Hi there,

From RNA sequence data, How can I show the group of gene's expression across Samples? I want to show particular "list/group of genes-(pathway related)" highly expressed in particular sample (I have more than 6 samples) and lowly expressed in other particular samples, not doing it by single gene by gene. How can I do this? any way of correlation/ranking to get collective expression?

Thanks in advance

You may want to rephrase what you are aiming to do. For example, I am not sure what you mean by "list/group of genes-(pathway related)"

If possible, provide some links to examples in the literature that you have seen.

Hey, thanks for your response.

I have RNA sequence TPM matrix of 6 samples. I want to plot the gene ontology term without doing differential expression analysis. That means, I will take list of genes for particular pathway, or for particular ontology, then I would like to show that those genes are enriched in particular samples. **As there are 100s of genes for particular pathway, I don not want to plot each gene (or a heat-map). I want to plot something like this
